In a bustling coffee shop in Bhubaneswar's Infocity, Ankit, a software engineer, frantically searches through the crowd after hearing his college sweetheart Priya is visiting from Bangalore. Armed with just hope and an old Instagram post showing her at this café, he keeps ordering coffee after coffee. The elderly shopkeeper, noticing his desperation, offers to show him yesterday's CCTV footage. As they watch, Ankit spots Priya – now wearing sindoor, happily sharing a meal with her husband. The shopkeeper then reveals his own story – he too had loved Priya years ago when she was his tenant's daughter but never expressed it. In his small shop's storage room, among old receipts and dusty inventory, he shows Ankit a poem he wrote but never shared. That night, Ankit returns home to find his mother has left a marriage biodata on his desk. Looking at the smiling face of the prospective bride, he realises sometimes love isn't about holding onto the past but being brave enough to start anew.
